A Brief Update

Lots has been going on since I wrote my last post.

For starters, I’ve now been smoke-free for 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day.

I’ve also joined Weight Watchers, and have been working on that for the past 2 weeks. So far, so good. I’m enjoying the meetings and am finding them very helpful. I’m still feeling my way around the whole Flex Plan, but I’ve been doing really well with it. I’m buying healthier foods, making better choices when eating out, and trying new things.

I’m also finding that now that I’ve started working on the physical “stuff”, the psychic stuff is moving forwards as well. The better I feel about myself, the more “connected” I seem to be. Interesting…
